SMGays - Slave Contract

i, hereinafter referred to as "the slave", submit, of my own free will, to MASTER, hereinafter referred to as "the MASTER", and agree to the following terms and conditions as stated in this Contract of Slavery:

Article 1 - Status
a) i am a slave and the totally owned property of the MASTER.
b) i accept that the MASTER has absolute rights to use me for ANY reason: sex, display, punishment, video,  or whatever He so chooses.

i have absolutely NO RIGHTS AT ALL and cannot refuse, halt, or limit anything the MASTER may choose to do to or with me.

Article 2 - Obedience
i agree to complete and instant obedience of any command from the MASTER and always adhering to the instructions according to the list of Basic Commands, a copy of which is attached and signed by me.

Article 3 - Training
i agree to be trained in any manner the MASTER wishes.

Article 4 - Uses
a) my body exists totally for the MASTER’S use and pleasure and i agree to be used sexually in any manner the MASTER may choose either on a 1-to-1 basis or both together and give my body totally for this purpose. This may include any sexual practice that may be painful to me and may include any of the items i have marked as acceptable on the initial questionnaire.

b) i further agree that when i am used for sexual practices by any third parties to whom the MASTERS confer rights of use, i will do as required without hesitation or question and until such time as such users have achieved satisfaction.

c) i will permit the MASTER to take me into the public sector, suitably dressed, should he wish it and accept that on such occasions, such as in a club, i may be expected to give satisfaction to anonymous parties. As he know what is best for me, i will trust the MASTER’S discretion at all times in such circumstances

d) i agree and accept that i am owned, own nothing on the premises and have no rights as i am only a piece of household equipment. This will not apply in the case of any employment as specified in Article 8.

e) i accept that i will be available for use 24/7 and that such use will be until the MASTER or any other user reach satisfaction even if this deprives me of sleep or rest of any sort.

f) i agree that the MASTER’S needs have precedence over all other things.

g) as it is my reason for being, i will allow all these uses with meekness and without struggle when i am not in bondage but also accept that on many occasions i will be tied and hooded and very likely thus unable to see or know who is using me.

h) i accept that a MASTER’S cum is my Essence and something of great value and i will always treat it as such and revere it. If or when MASTER allows me the favour of receiving His Essence, i will ensure that not a drop is wasted. Orally or anally it will remain inside my body where it belongs, until the MASTER gives permission to expel it.

Article 5- Drink and Drugs
i will not drink alcohol at any time in the MASTERS presence unless specifically made or ordered to do so.
i will not take any drugs unless specified by the MASTER or a recognised medical practitioner, other than common household
drugs such as Paracetemol & Imodium etc.
i accept that i will regularly be submitted to the use of poppers and that the MASTER or his representatives will often use
or administer such from time to time
i will allow my MASTERS to make any decisions regarding the uses of other soft drugs.

Article 6 - Training and Punishment
i accept that MASTER’S time is precious and His time with me may be short, but that in no case must i let this effect the standards of excellence expected from me.
i accept that training may be harsh as this is the fastest way to train and also the method that produces the most effective results.
i will enthusiastically accept training.
The MASTER may acknowledge when a task is performed properly and i will sincerely thank the MASTERS for the training each time. The MASTER will take as long as necessary to train me.
Once i have been trained, if i fail in a task, i allow that the MATERS may assume that i am being disobedient and that punishment will be given. i accept that i will also be punished for failure to apply myself to all the requirements of this contract and/or any supplementary schedules and that the punishments will become more severe for repeated infringements.
i agree and will submit to any discipline or punishment the MASTER sees fit. This might include, but is not solely limited to:
Punishment strokes, delivered in any manner the MASTER chooses;
Prolonged bondage, blindfolding or gagging in any manner the MASTER chooses; Being forced to sleep on the floor, in chains or bondage as the MASTER sees fit; Confinement in a cage, cell or locked box; Deprivation of food or sleep; Assignment and completion of punishment tasks;
Humiliation.

Article 7 - Safety
i accept that the MASTER is aware of the limits to which my body may be put and that any pleading or tears will be to no avail if these limits have not been reached, will use the following safe words only when there is no alternative as continued over-use could result in their being ignored. i realise that when being used by others these safe words may not apply and that the MASTER cannot be held responsible for this.

Article 8 - Dress and Appearance
i agree to put on, wear, or take off any article of clothing or instrument of bondage, at any time, at the command of the MASTER.
i will remain totally naked in the presence of the MASTER only covering myself as instructed i will not ever wear underwear of any sort
i will wear a butt plug, at any time and for any period specified by the MASTER.
i will diligently maintain and adorn my body parts in such manner as will ensure that they are fully open and available to the MASTER or any others to whom the MASTER offers me for use. my parts shall be readily able to be displayed speedily in public or private, to others or to another MASTER, when so ordered.
i will never close or cross my legs in the MASTER’S presence.
i will keep my hair cut, styled, and coloured as directed by the MASTER.
i will wear, at all times, a token of possession by the MASTER and will keep the MASTER’S chain padlocked round my balls at all times. On arrival i will put on a collar as directed.

Article 9 - General Behaviour
i will maintain the attitude of a slave at all times.
i will NEVER look the MASTER directly in the eye unless instructed otherwise and will always keep my head bowed and eyes looking downwards.

i will always serve the MASTER in a kneeling position as defined in the schedule of commands, eyes downward, and holding the position until released by the MASTER, unless given a command (as specified in article 2 above).
i will treat the MASTER’S genitals as the centre of my universe and will treat them with love and reverence whenever they are visible to me.
i will keep myself scrupulously clean at all times and keep my arse particularly so, as it belongs to the MASTER, must be suitably clean for His use at any time.
i agree to conform to the following other behavioural specifications:
i will not sit, lie on or use the furniture without the express permission of the MASTER.
i will not go to the bathroom without permission from the MASTER.
i will not get into or out of bed without the MASTER’S permission.
i will not eat or drink without the permission of the MASTER.
i shall never embarrass the MASTER in any way.
my manner and tone will be that of a slave at all times and will reflect deference to the MASTER at all times.
i will not act defensively when questioned by the MASTER.
i will never interrupt the MASTER, or others when speaking.
i will lose weight or be developed by working out to suit the MASTER.
i will not engage in sex, intimate touching, or engage in any scene without the express permission of the MASTER.
i will tell the truth at all times.
i will inform the MASTER promptly if i break any of the MASTER’S rules.

Article 10 - Employment
i will retain my outside employment but will always keep the MASTER appraised of my financial status - although not totally relinquishing right of possession. in the performance of my outside employment, i will be permitted only 10 minutes in which to put on outside clothing when leaving the premises. This clothing must be appropriate for the work and only that which is
approved by the MASTER and i accept that i am not permitted to wear any form of underwear at any time as specified in Article 7c.
On returning i will strip immediately and be in the kneeling position ready to serve the MASTER’S needs within 10 minutes of my return.

Article 11 - Genitals
i will not touch my arse, nipples, cock or balls other than for the purpose of cleaning or general sanitation as they are the sole property of the MASTER. At no time will i allow or permit any outsider sight of my body or genitals other than a recognised medical practitioner or a third party to whom the MASTER has loaned me to for pleasure. I will not look at or touch any genitals other than the MASTER'S except when given express permission or order to so do.
I accept that all my body parts are the sole property of the MASTER and only he (or others at His discretion) have access to them.

Article 12 - Retention
Except as otherwise instructed in this Contract of Slavery, and without further consent from the slave, the MASTER is authorized to retain slave permanently under the terms of this agreement, and to grant or deny extension of this contract, at the MASTER’S sole and absolute discretion.

Article 13 - Rights, lack of
i understand that as a slave, i have no rights of revocation and that disobedience in any form will result in painful, mental and physical punishment. i, further, release the "MASTER" from any past, present, or future liability in connection with or as a result of this agreement. The slave agrees to these articles of its own free will, without reservation and does so under no coercion, threat or bribe.

Article 14 - Agreement
i understand that the content of the this contract is binding but that the MASTER may from time to time wish to make amendment as required and that as the MASTER knows best what is right for me, i will accept such amendments, although the MASTER will accept reasoned argument but not necessarily accept such.

Article 15 - Sale or transfer
i accept that under unforeseeable circumstances, should the need arise, the MASTER reserves the right to make transfer of ownership to a new MASTER or MASTERS without any consultation as i accept that He will know where i can be put to the best use.

i, therefore agree to, by the affixation of my signature, this Contract of Slavery and freely give myself to the MASTER.

Slave Picture Release
For and in consideration of my engagement as a slave by my Master (The "Photographer"), in the event such photographs are used, and in further consideration of the publicity to be received by the undersigned by the use of such photographs, I hereby give the Photographer, the absolute right and permission to copyright, use, reuse, publish, republish, exhibit, display, print and reprint in advertising material, television and motion pictures, magazines, books or other media, and for any other purposes as he may see fit, in his sole and absolute discretion, the films, videos, photographs, negatives, prints of every kind and nature, illustrations, portraits made from the photographs, videos, pictures, designs, paintings and drawings of every kind and nature heretofore taken, or taken this day, or hereafter taken, including, without limitation, reproductions thereof in which I may be included in whole or in part (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Photographs"). Such Photographs may be used in any way by the Photographer for purposes of trade, advertising, publicity or promotion of any kind without restriction.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Photographs or the editorial or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used by the Photographer in conjunction therewith. I further waive any claims that I may have to the eventual use to which it may be applied. Such Photographs may be used, in the sole discretion of the Photographer, with or without my name, or a fictitious name, and with fictitious or accurate quotations, interviews or biographical material. The Photographer may use such Photographs and accurate or fictitious statements attributed to me which may constitute endorsement of services or products, at the sole discretion of the Photographer.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to save harmless the Photographer from and against any and all liability in connection with the use of such Photographs, even should the same subject me to ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn or indignity, and from any liability as a result of any distortion, blurring or alteration, optical illusions or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur to be reproduced in the taking, processing or reproduction of the finished product, or its publication or distribution. I waive any claim that I may have for alleged violation of privacy, defamation or libel by the use of such photographs.

I hereby represent that I am over the age of 18 years and have read the authorisation and release prior to its execution. I have not been coerced or induced to sign the same but sign in full knowledge and of my free will. World rights and multiple usages are hereby authorised.
